For example today many people cannot see how this phenomenal relevant to them. many of the outcomes of this situation attack only in specific areas of the planet. if I am going to tell to people in Russian that the plant is getting warmer they will be glad because they are suffering from cold weather- in Siberia the temp goes down to 70C, but if I am going to say the same to people in Israel they will worry because they are constantly suffering from the heat.

Global democracy and world federalism will help to manage this solution and are a necessary precondition for the well-being of the humanity. Reforming a rules-based politics, from the nation-state to the global level.
In the past, we saw a missing leader’s ways to deal with this phenomenon. A lot of the current world leaders ignored it and did not anything when it comes to making a substantial environmental legislation and reforms- this must change.
As Pope Francis stated in his address at the White House, “When it comes to the care of our ‘common home,’ we are living at a critical moment of history.” This moment requires we the people to rethink democracy as a global mechanism for enacting policy for and by the planet.
In conclusion, there should be nothing to debate- a climate change is a massive global problem that should address globally.
